Inside kraftwerk

It’s real: inside the 38 mm cell

New footage from Dresden — how a matchstick-sized ceramic tube turns fuel directly into electricity.

It’s real: inside the 38 mm cell

They said it’s impossible — until we built it. The heart of every kraftwerk system is a ceramic micro-tube, 38 millimeters long, weighing about one gram.

Instead of burning fuel, the cell separates it at the molecular level: the nanocrystalline electrolyte turns chemical energy directly into electricity — silently, cleanly, without combustion.

The new footage shows the cell and the production behind it: cleanroom manufacturing, automated test stands, AI-controlled quality inspection and nanocrystalline coating — made in Dresden, engineered for mass production.
